Job summary

Bluestone Search represents a boutique real estate owner/operator in Fort Worth seeking a Procurement Analyst to handle vendor management, develop new vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for a variety of products and services.

The role is based in-office, 5 days a week, with responsibilities including overseeing bids, creating RFPs/RFQs, and reporting on procurement projects to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Property management and/or property development is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bidding process and work through purchase agreements.
• Build RFPs, RFQs, and similar requests.
• Manage and track all procurement projects.
• Maintain communication and planning with a range of vendors.
• Create weekly updates and reports.
