Job summary

Vertech is seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive sourcing, purchases, and supplier coordination for our manufacturing projects. You will manage RFQs, issue POs and change orders, and keep stakeholders informed about material arrivals and costs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory and logistics in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ERP or a comparable inventory management system.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily work.
• Familiarity with industrial automation components a plus.

Responsibilities

• Summon RFQs from vendors and evaluate bids to secure the best value.
• Craft and process purchase orders and change orders precisely.
• Report PO KPIs to leadership on expenditure and timelines.
• Handle returns and vendor issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and onboarding with accounting.
• Monitor deliveries and flag risks or delays to protect schedules.
