Job summary

All American Lighting Solutions Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source maintenance supplies, equipment, and subcontractor services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing to support facility operations.

You will negotiate pricing, monitor inventory, process purchase orders, and collaborate with operations, project managers, and accounting. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5+ years of procurement experience are preferred, with ERP/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure maintenance supplies, equipment, tools, and subcontractor services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers; request and evaluate bids.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules; coordinate purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs; track order status.
• Coordinate with operations, project managers, and accounting departments.
• Assist with contract administration and vendor performance evaluations.
