Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement of materials and equipment for a leading construction organization. You will manage purchase orders, source vendors, coordinate deliveries, and maintain ERP data to support bidding activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong purchasing and negotiation experience, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to balance cost, quality, availability, and delivery requirements across the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with buying, purchasing, and vendor negotiations.
• 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and the purchasing lifecycle.
• Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate procurement data.
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement of materials and equipment for a leading construction organization.
