Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 3+ years of procurement-related experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid packages with engineering team members and plant managers to receive bids from qualified contractors.
• Negotiate contractual agreements to implement strategic sourcing solutions with favorable terms and discounts.
• Build vendor relationships to achieve best value, lead times, and quality.
• Standardize sourcing procedures and implement a structured procurement planning approach.
• Coordinate with other business units to forecast needs and analyze price trends.
• Handle time-sensitive purchases of raw materials and services for 50+ facilities.
• Review requisitions in SAP ERP, source qualified vendors, and generate purchase orders.
• Collaborate with requisitioners and departments to ensure specs and requirements are met.
• Follow up with vendors to meet delivery schedules and milestones.
• Resolve invoice disputes and adhere to Code of Business Conduct.
