Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in subcontract management, contracts, or PSA/PO negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and route Purchase Orders and Professional Service Agreements for internal and external signatures.
• Provide PO support while managing 10+ requisition forms.
• Coordinate with AP/Finance/Project teams on statuses and quotes.
• Support budgeting, plan, and strategic procurement initiatives.
• Negotiate favorable terms with sellers and liaise with General Counsel.
• Improve processes and reduce costs; maintain documentation visibility.
• Engage vendors for quotes and estimates and ensure records are complete.
• Represent ThayerMahan values and adhere to internal policies.
