Qualifications

• AS in Engineering Technology or Business is required.
• 2+ years of procurement, supply chain or related experience.
• Ability to focus on supply chain and vendor contracts for low volume long lead materials.
• Understanding BOMs, configuration management and revision control.
• Ability to work on admin tasks while maintaining records for multiple purchases across contracts.
• Proactive in organizing details and status updates.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and issuance of RFQs to vendors.
• Evaluate vendor quotes for cost, lead time and technical compliance.
• Generate Purchase Requisitions; surge support during high-demand periods.
• Serve as primary POC for vendors through procurement lifecycle and coordinate with PM.
• Support vendor-related quality activities and issue resolution.
• Track vendor performance and delivery timelines to prevent delays.
• Track and validate invoices against POs and report to PM.
• Support development and optimization of the supplier base.
• Work with PM, Tech Lead and management to ensure materials meet requirements.
• Balance priorities across multiple programs/contracts.
