Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) seeks an experienced procurement professional to support client engagements across North America, managing procurement processes, RFIs, SOWs, and supplier relationships with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor SLAs, and help derive insights from data to drive service improvements while ensuring project governance and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement/procurement-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data competency and ability to derive data stories from structured data elements.
• Foundational knowledge of MSP value proposition and its relation to management of services spend.

Responsibilities

• Operational procurement support and client relationship management with minimal supervision.
• Triage requirements to determine engagement type and gather information (price, schedules, terms).
• Assist in establishing or extending Statements of Work (SOW) and resource assignments.
• Confer with suppliers to gather required information and terms.
• Maintain client reports and program audits, including SOW/project activity and invoices.
