Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to provide operational support for procurement programs, drive value for clients, and manage RFIs/SOWs. The role emphasizes data-driven spend analysis, strong client relationships, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Location is North America (outside CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA, MD). The role requires 3–5 years of procurement experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement/procurement-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data competency and spend analysis.
• Experience with VMS and/or eProcurement software.
• Understanding of MSAs, SOWs and Purchase Orders.
• Ability to derive data stories from structured data.
• Foundational knowledge of MSP value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Operational support of procurement program teams and client value delivery.
• Triaging requirements and selecting engagement types.
• Assist in establishing or extending SOWs and resource assignments.
• Gather supplier information including price and terms.
• Manage client support activities and timekeeping dashboards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and communications.
• Identify risk and coordinate with management.
• Distribute RFIs to gather supplier data.
• Ensure SLAs are met and exceeded; handle client questions.
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports; audit where needed.
• Engage internal stakeholders for technology enhancements.
• Close projects in the system and notify security on end of engagements.
