Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Procurement Specialist II to support client programs, drive value through sourcing and transactional activity, and deliver spend visibility. You will collaborate with clients and suppliers, manage data, and help ensure SLAs are met while maintaining compliance.

This role emphasizes relationship management, process improvements, and accurate reporting, with responsibilities spanning RFIs, SOW support, and performance tracking across a dynamic procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in procurement and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret spend data.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with VMS and eProcurement technologies.
• Ability to drive process improvements and meet client expectations.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Client and Supplier Interaction: Maintain and influence relationships with clients and within AGS; Assist clients with Statements of Work (SOW) and resource assignments; Converse with suppliers to gather information; Field questions from clients; Maintain professional interactions via email and phone.
