Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Procurement Specialist to partner with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships, pricing accuracy, and procurement for FBH categories. You will support sourcing efforts, monitor supplier performance via KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across sourcing activities in a climate-controlled office environment in South Florida.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, Hospitality, and/or Science, Agriculture required and/or preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: gather, analyze and interpret data for financial and operational insights; resolve issues efficiently.
• Advanced Excel proficiency: data modeling and complex spreadsheet functions.
• Project Leadership: independently manage low-complexity projects and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Time management: handle multiple priorities under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: experience in negotiation and resolving conflicts constructively.
• Project Management & Process Improvement: familiar with methodologies to enhance workflows and manage initiatives.
• Tech-Savvy: proficient in various business software applications.

• Execute tactical sourcing plans for assigned projects or categories.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; act as primary point of contact for brand teams.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted sourcing partner.
• Select vendors based on financial and qualitative criteria; ensure vendors are paid to terms.
• Serve as SME on CRM and SRM to Purchasing Organization and process partners.
• Drive SRM by using data, metrics and feedback; assist Expediting with escalated issues.
• Develop and negotiate spot purchases for special requests or last-minute shorts.
• Collaborate with management and Strategic Sourcing to consolidate spend and identify strategic opportunities.
