Ideal candidates have at least two years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (college preferred), and strong skills in purchasing, project management, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly in adherence to parameters for processing purchase requests.
• Place and process purchase orders timely and accurately, as specified in guidelines.
• Deliver timely information to facilitate delivery within targeted parameters.
• Track orders and communicate delivery timing to requisitioners per SLAs.
• Maintain internal customer interface with accurate information conveyance.
• Collaborate with factories and external vendors to provide materials/services within timelines.
• Optimize stock levels to fulfill internal and external needs.
• Assist in maintaining Item Master records and ERP implementation/operation.
• Maintain procurement and order processing files for information access.
• Assist in ongoing measurement of supplier performance.
• Provide backup for other supply chain specialists and resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
