Upturn is seeking a procurement professional to manage and document purchasing for construction, equipment, materials, and professional services, ensuring compliance with project policies and federal requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years of procurement experience, and strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with federal procurement rules are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as SCM, business, finance, or engineering.
• At least three years of procurement, purchasing, or contract admin experience.
• Experience preparing RFQs, RFPs, bid packages, and proposal evaluations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with federally funded procurement preferred (CDBG/CDBG-DR, 2 CFR Part 200).
• CPSM or CPM certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
