Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS with 10+ years in federal procurement, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and experience with FAR, PRISM, FFMS, and grants. You will collaborate with program offices, lead teams when needed, and ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 10 years of experience
• FAC-C II or III certification or industry equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of the FAR and agency regulations
• Experience drafting task lines in PWS/SOW
• Experience with PRISM, FFMS
• Experience with APFS and G-Invoicing
• Ability to elicit requirements from program offices
• Grants/Cooperative Agreements experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with MS Office including Teams
• Experience with SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple actions in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative and follow-through to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct all phases of procurement projects
• Support the full acquisition lifecycle aligned to agency priorities
• Develop pre-award artifacts with program offices (SOW, market research, IGCE)
• Utilize Excel daily to create and troubleshoot IGCE
• Support Acquisition Strategy and Market Research
• Perform market surveys and vendor assessments
• Assist with post-award administration and contract modifications
• Contribute to negotiations and award briefs
• Support contract closeout and file audits
• Possibly serve as Team Lead or provide peer review
