This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of procurement experience, with strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• At least three years of procurement experience.
• Experience preparing RFQs, RFPs, bid packages, and proposal evaluations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• CPSM, CPM, or similar certification is a plus.
