Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Procurement Agent to serve as the designated purchasing liaison, coordinating with departments to identify needs and manage the end-to-end procurement process. You will create and manage purchase orders, maintain vendor pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will collaborate with warehouse and receiving teams to optimize storeroom replenishments and product deliveries, while guiding teammates on proper order procedures and adherence to procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with vendor management and sourcing.
• Proficiency with procurement software and systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.

Responsibilities
