Job summary

Condux International in Minnesota is seeking a Buyer to manage procurement and supplier relationships, negotiate terms, maintain inventory, and support production schedules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-effective purchasing strategies aligned with quality and production goals.

The role requires 3+ years in a manufacturing procurement role, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Buyer experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and price negotiation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data management.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Source raw materials, components, services, and consumables to support production.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Maintain safety stock and manage inventory to ensure production continuity.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and vendor agreements.
• Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders to meet schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues with quality and delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance.
• Maintain purchasing records and ERP data accurately.
