Job summary

AGEATIA TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANCY SERVICES INC. is seeking a POC Buyer to support procurement operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers across multiple regions.

The role focuses on purchasing activities, supplier communications, POs, invoice resolution, and vendor master management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, proactive, and capable of managing multiple procurement-related tasks efficiently across regions.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications require an Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 0–1+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Preferred Qualifications include experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations, strong Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), and excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Prioritize and manage daily workflow and report progress.
• Support supplier negotiations and communications as needed.
• Follow procurement policies, processes, and NDAs.
• Prepare and coordinate RFQs.
• Process PO rework and corrections.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Collaborate to resolve purchasing-related issues.
