Job summary

SEEK Professionals, LLC is seeking a Senior Buyer to support procurement for a multi-site manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. The role will manage indirect materials, MRO, capital equipment, tools, packaging, services, and related categories.

Responsibilities include sourcing, reviewing RFPs and contracts, negotiating terms, developing suppliers, analyzing costs and market trends, and managing supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or category management experience.
• Proven negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Strong cost analysis and market knowledge.
• Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
• SAP experience highly desirable.
• Experience with international suppliers preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
