Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. seeks a Manager of Procurement in Cherry Hill, NJ to lead day-to-day procurement activities across MRO, CAPEX and direct-material purchases.

You will manage a team, streamline processes, and drive cost reductions while aligning procurement with production needs and inventory goals. Applicants should have 6–8 years in procurement, a Bachelor’s in a related field (MBA preferred), and strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Analytics or related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience of 6–8 years in procurement and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for procurement activities including MRO, CAPEX and direct-material purchasing needs.
• Manage team; set priorities, coach staff, and build procurement capability.
• Maintain and improve procurement processes, SOPs, and supplier onboarding.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and leverage supplier negotiations.
• Ensure procurement strategy aligns with material availability, production requirements, and inventory objectives.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ethical supplier relationships and adherence to good business practices.
• Develop KPIs for savings, supplier performance, and spend management.
• Ensure compliance with GMP expectations and audit requirements.
