Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage day-to-day purchasing, inventory control, and strategic sourcing. You will negotiate with suppliers, develop forecasts, and drive cost savings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of procurement experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field; 5 years procurement experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and deadline-driven.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and communicate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and generate purchase orders.
• Develop and implement inventory controls to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce overstock.
• Manage inquiries about the status of purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain material catalog and identify cost saving opportunities through pricing and sourcing review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement priorities and develop demand forecasts.
• Identify suppliers, negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships, and analyze vendor performance.
• Identify inefficiencies in procurement process and propose improvements to reduce costs.
• Performs other duties as requested by Procurement Manager
