Circet USA is seeking a Procurement Associate to manage day-to-day purchasing, inventory, pricing, and supplier relations in Minnesota. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, strong Excel/Access skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to negotiate effectively while delivering accurate, timely work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 5 years experience as Procurement Associate or similar role.
• Strong customer service, urgency and deadline-driven.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with data manipulation in Excel/Access.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and generate purchase orders.
• Develop and implement inventory controls to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Manage inquiries on PO status and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain material catalog and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand based on data and projects.
• Identify suppliers, negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Propose improvements to procurement processes to boost efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager.
