Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Procurement Associate to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing materials, inventory control, and pricing negotiations. You will support supplier relationships and work with cross-functional teams to forecast demand.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree related to the field and at least five years of procurement experience, with strong Excel and data skills to optimize purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 5 years experience as a Procurement Associate or similar role required.
• Strong customer service orientation, urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and generate purchase orders.
• Develop and implement inventory controls to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Manage inquiries regarding PO status and resolve discrepancies (quantity, order multiples, pricing).
• Maintain material catalog and identify cost-saving opportunities via pricing and sourcing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement priorities and develop demand forecasts.
