Job summary

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, adherence to regulatory requirements, and a focus on delivery, cost, and lead time improvements. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with procurement software and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier base for assigned commodities.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, savings, and performance.
• Ensure supplier compliance and participate in Lean initiatives.
