Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate agreements for mid to complex sourcing.
• Evaluate bids and select suppliers based on price, delivery, quality and service for best value.
• Maintain relationships with critical suppliers to enable long-term partnerships.
• Interpret FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws and import/export controls.
