Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Procurement Analyst / Sourcing Specialist in the New Albany, OH area to support purchasing, sourcing, supplier analysis, and contract activities. You will analyze procurement data, pricing, supplier performance, and market information to support business decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of related experience) and 3+ years in procurement or related fields, with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 3+ years procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or related customer service experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Microsoft Excel experience required.
• Maximo and Cognos experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, supplier, and spend analysis
• Support sourcing strategies, bids, and contract negotiations
• Analyze pricing, costs, and supplier performance
• Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and suppliers
• Support procurement projects and process improvements
