Responsibilities

• Conduces market research and analyzes performance metrics to inform supplier and market strategies.
• Analyzes spend and prior contracts to support contract negotiation.
• Develops and uses models (pricing, total cost of ownership) for decision support.
• Builds and maintains reports to streamline analysis.
• Supports bid analysis as needed.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to SCPFO and partners.
• Collaborates with COE, Service Center, and partners to address issues and improve efficiency.
