You will lead major sourcing and contract development activities, serving as a subject matter expert on assigned categories and advising procurement teams across business units.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in contract management or supply chain, with preference for utility, manufacturing, or construction exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Writes summary and details for complex/non-standard contracts, including pricing, service levels, warranties, terms and conditions.
• Writes modifications to existing contracts and coordinates with Legal as needed.
• Advises category managers and procurement professionals on contract development and negotiations.
• Applies pricing and total cost of ownership models during contract development; supports sourcing strategies for complex spend.
• Collaborates with Service Center, COE, and business partners to address issues and improve efficiency.
