Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Analyst in Columbus, OH to support indirect procurement activities. The role focuses on processing purchasing requests, market research, supplier vetting, and PO lifecycle monitoring to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

You will develop foundational procurement skills, engage with stakeholders, and gain exposure to supplier management and spend analytics with weekly compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or finance.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support incoming purchasing requests in a timely manner and communicate order status effectively.
• Perform market research and price analysis to review sources of supply and establish purchase price reasonableness.
• Partner with procurement managers and category teams to identify and vet potential suppliers and support sourcing activities.
• Monitor the purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in analyzing and reporting purchasing activities, spend trends, and supplier performance metrics.
