Job summary

S:US is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement & Fleet Team in a role reporting to the Procurement Manager. You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relations to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, 3 years’ experience in procurement, and strong MS Excel/ERP proficiency to support spend analytics and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in procurement or internship preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers and negotiate terms with suppliers to secure best value.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and liaise with requisitioners and stakeholders.
• Analyze invoices against purchase orders and verify accuracy of goods delivered.
• Create Purchase Orders and support ERP data quality.
