Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility customer engagements and drive continuous improvement. You will guide executive discussions, support vendor negotiations, and manage parts of the procurement delivery team.

Responsibilities include data analysis for savings, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration to grow the practice and achieve strong CSAT. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of consulting experience with large, complex enterprises.
• Experience managing relationships with major clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale engagements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery with attention to detail and executive-level guidance.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Analyze data and provide insights to enable savings and governance.
• Mentor and manage portions of the procurement delivery team for excellence.
• Contribute to process improvements and training to grow practice and CSAT.
• Influence cross-functional teams and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop sales tools and training to communicate SHI's value to clients.
