SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead high-visibility engagements and guide a team focused on excellence. You will drive negotiations, optimization, and governance across complex customers, delivering tangible savings and strategic value.

In this role, you will steer cross-functional workstreams, build executive relationships, deliver training, and shape the growth of SHI's procurement practice while ensuring high CSAT and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent business-related education.
• Experience leading enterprise-level engagements and teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers with executive-facing guidance.
• Support complex vendor negotiations aimed at spend reduction.
• Analyze data to generate insights for savings and governance.
• Manage portions of the procurement delivery team and foster continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales tools and client-facing resources.
• Maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with contingency planning.
• Report on performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
