Trane Technologies is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to lead multiple HVAC procurement initiatives across Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing. You will partner with Centralized Procurement, monitor projects, manage risks, and drive supplier rationalization and delivery improvements.

Onsite Monday to Thursday with Fridays flexible, you will align sourcing strategies with Operations and Engineering to ensure supply continuity, with travel up to 25% and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of previous project management experience in an industrial or HVAC manufacturer in the areas of procurement, engineering, project management, quality, finance and/or operations.
• Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong influencing and negotiating skills across organization.
