Trane Technologies’ Thermo King Trailer platform seeks a results-driven procurement and project leader to drive sourcing strategies, productivity, and cost avoidance across complex manufacturing environments.

You will partner with engineering, quality, operations and suppliers, manage NPD, VAVE, and supplier performance initiatives, and track metrics like on-time delivery and inflation. This role is on-site with up to 20% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, engineering, project management, or operations.
• Fluent English required; Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple procurement projects across the Thermo King Trailer platform.
• Develop charters, execution plans, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage sourcing, NPD, changes, quality improvements, and VAVE programs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines and financial objectives.
• Track metrics: productivity, inflation, supplier quality, on-time delivery, risk mitigation.
• Identify gaps, implement countermeasures, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Support plant material and quality escalations and month-end reporting.
• Align commodity strategies with product management and engineering platforms.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities for selection and contracts.
• Participate in productivity gate reviews with cross-functional resources.
• Represent procurement in VAVE and MMR events.
