Job summary

Milestone-Technologie is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to own projects from concept to completion with a focus on procurement. You will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead a team of 3-5 procurement coordinators, and drive projects from planning through adoption.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and professionalism. Candidates should have 4+ years in project management and experience with Excel, Tableau, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree or training in Agile Methodology.
• At least four years of project management experience.
• Self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal direction.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience initiating, growing and completing large complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
• Manage 3-5 Procurement Coordinator team members.
• Lead large-scale projects from planning, development, launch, socialization and adoption.
• Track, elevate & mitigate project risks and issues as appropriate.
• Report to the Senior Project Manager or Account Manager as needed.
• Prioritize tasks with internal tools and leadership input.
• Own and manage project plans with regular status updates to management.
• Host and lead regular project meetings with stakeholders.
