Job summary

Milestone-Technologie is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to own projects from concept to completion with a focus on procurement. You will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead a team of 3-5 procurement coordinators, and drive projects from planning through adoption.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and professionalism. Candidates should have 4+ years in project management and experience with Excel, Tableau, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree or training in Agile Methodology.
• At least four years of project management experience.
• Self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal direction.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience initiating, growing and completing large complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Host and lead regular project meetings with stakeholders.

The Procurement Project Manager will be responsible for owning assigned projects from concept to completion with a focus, but not limited to procurement. Strong attention to detail, robust communication skills and a high level of professionalism are required.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects that require coordination with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and teams
• Manage 3-5 Procurement Coordinator team members
• Lead and manage large-scale projects from planning, development, launch, socialization and adoption
• Track, elevate & mitigate projects risks and issues as appropriate
• Report to the Senior Project Manager or Account Manager as needed
• Work with the key team members and leadership to prioritize tasks using internal tools
• Own and manage project plans and provide regular communications to management and stakeholders on projects status, risks, dependencies etc.
• Host and lead regular project meetings with respective stakeholders
