Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent training.
• Minimum four years’ experience in Project Management.
• Demonstrated self-starter with ability to operate independently.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience initiating, growing and completing large, complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead and manage 3–5 Procurement Coordinator team members.
• Drive large-scale projects from planning through development, launch and adoption.
• Track progress, escalate issues as appropriate.
• Report to Senior Project Manager or Account Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize tasks using internal tools.
• Own and manage project plans and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Host and lead regular project meetings with stakeholders.
