Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Procurement Program Management team to own purchasing initiatives across R1 and Commercial Van programs. You will lead supplier sourcing, tooling kickoff, and readiness for pre-production and production milestones, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, and Supplier Development to ensure supply chain continuity and program success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to execute procurement strategies and initiatives.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to travel 10–15% as needed.

Responsibilities

Project management to ensure on-time purchasing activities for pre-production and production builds.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Communicate impact of design changes on cost and timing to purchasing.
Identify and articulate risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Support leadership on strategic procurement initiatives and supplier sourcing.
