Job summary

Scale Microgrids is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to lead day-to-day procurement activities across equipment, materials, and service providers. You will drive RFQs/RFPs, PO execution, logistics coordination, and supplier follow-up while maintaining documentation and ensuring timely closure of open actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or related experience.
• Experience managing RFQs/RFPs and PO execution.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP, purchasing, and project-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for equipment and components including energy storage and solar components.
• Run RFQs and RFPs; organize bids and provide recommendations.
• Own purchase order execution and align with schedules; manage deliveries and documentation.
• Support logistics and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement trackers and compliance documentation.
