Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners and the DSV fulfillment site.
• Ensure commitments from demand planning groups meet product lead times.
• Resolve delays in providing needed material within the agreed timeline.
• Manage lead times of all delivery orders and report issues.
• Expedite SAP delivery orders with internal/external partners.
• Review customer build/ship plans to meet delivery dates.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects and drive them to completion.
• Manage dock operations, ensure safety procedures, training docs current, and material dispositioned and tracked.
• Serve as backup for the build supervisor and understand systems/processes for coverage.
• Assist with startup of new buildings, coordinate with local teams and construction.
• Compile data for manager meetings and identify material improvements for cost/efficiency gains.
• Coordinate with warehouse on inbound/outbound material and direct deliveries.
• Manage work tickets for material movement and re-inventorying.
• Assist onboarding and training for new material planners; improve training docs.
• Assist with payroll/HR issues and interview processes when needed.
• Administer OTJ training sessions and develop new training opportunities.
