Circana is seeking a Procurement Manager in the United States to partner with business leaders and deliver strategic procurement initiatives. You will lead category reviews, sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier performance programs from strategy through execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in strategic procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with technology and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or category management.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end RFPs, supplier evaluations, market benchmarking, and negotiations.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives from need through sourcing, recommendations, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Develop category strategies in partnership with Technology and other functions.
• Manage end-to-end RFPs, supplier identification, evaluation, and selection.
• Track savings, risk reduction, and supplier performance; present options to leadership.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, renewals, and contracts; support contract review and execution.
