Job summary

Circana is seeking a Procurement Manager to partner with leadership on strategic procurement initiatives that cut costs, mitigate risk, and improve supplier performance. You will independently lead category reviews, sourcing, negotiations, and improvement programs from strategy through execution.

You will work with Technology and other functions to align requirements, assess the market, and guide informed sourcing decisions. Strong judgment and data-driven insights are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic procurement initiatives at a manager level.
• End-to-end RFPs, supplier evaluations, market benchmarking, contract negotiations, and sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives from need through sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with Technology and business functions to understand priorities and develop strategies.
• Run end-to-end RFPs and competitive sourcing events with market research and supplier evaluation.
• Conduct spend analyses to identify savings, consolidation, and risk reduction.
• Present data-informed findings and recommended actions to leadership.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, service levels, and renewals with suppliers.
• Coordinate contract review and approvals with Legal and Finance.
