Job summary

Circana in the United States is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives, manage end-to-end sourcing, RFPs, negotiations, and supplier relationships. You will partner with Technology and other functions to align spend with business goals and deliver measurable savings.

You will evaluate market options, drive category strategies, and monitor performance while navigating a lean, fast-moving environment. A strong background in spend analysis and contracts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience leading end-to-end RFPs, supplier evaluations, market benchmarking, and negotiations.
• Proven track record delivering measurable savings and value.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software/SaaS or corporate spend categories is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives from need through sourcing and supplier management.
• Partner with Technology and other functions to define priorities and sourcing strategies.
• Lead end-to-end RFPs, market research, supplier evaluation, and selection.
• Conduct spend analyses to identify savings and risk reductions.
• Develop data-informed recommendations and present options to leadership.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, service levels, and renewals with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders on contracts.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Support procurement transformation and process improvements.
• Track results including savings and risk metrics for reporting.
