Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks an experienced Acquisition Professional for a highly collaborative role leading sourcing and procurement for DoD, FMS, and DCS programs. You will manage supplier relationships and the full PO life cycle from requirements and solicitations to award, post-award management, and closeout.

Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to meet objectives and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

University degree or advanced degree with required years of experience.
Procurement and supply chain experience required.
U.S. Person or eligible for export authorizations.

Responsibilities

Preparation and issuance of RFPs.
Place purchase orders of medium complexity in accordance with FAR/DFARS and corporate requirements.
Support negotiation strategies and formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms & Conditions).
Perform price and cost analysis techniques in support of proposals.
Nurture professional relationships with first tier subcontractors.
Work with Program and other groups to achieve objectives.
Maintain POs to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery info.
