Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to manage the ASDS Mechanical Procurement team. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR, refining supplier scopes, and leading negotiations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of related experience, US citizenship or eligible status, and willingness to travel ~10%. Remote work is available within the US, with potential onsite requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires University Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations;Citizenship required per program.

Responsibilities

• Manage one of the ASDS Mechanical Procurement teams and establish performance metrics.
• Ensure team knowledge of FAR/DFAR and provide on-the-job training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine scope of supply and SOW for procurement.
• Ensure procurement compliance and obtain necessary approvals before PO release.
• Address conflicts/risks with supplier terms relative to standard PO terms.
• Support supplier engagements including negotiations and on-site activities.
