Raytheon in the United States is seeking a senior procurement leader to manage the ASDS Mechanical Procurement team. You will define scope of supply, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, and drive supplier negotiations while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

The role requires a university degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years, and US person status with export authorization eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years experience.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
• Experience leading procurement processes and managing cross-functional supplier relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage one of the ASDS Mechanical Procurement teams and establish performance metrics.
• Ensure team has knowledge to perform purchasing tasks (FAR/DFAR) and provide on-the-job training.
• Clarify and define scope of supply and statement of work for procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement process and approvals before PO release.
• Engage with specialists to address conflicts and supplier terms.
• Support supplier negotiations and performance management, including on-site activities.
