Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, with 3–8 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP systems. Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes like RFQ/RFP.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier identification and selection in collaboration with SDE and Engineering teams.
• Spearhead negotiations for pricing and contract terms.
• Oversee the purchase order lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
