Job summary

Pow.bio is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer in El Segundo, CA, to work closely with design and manufacturing teams to innovate custom equipment for microreactor systems. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of mechanical equipment design experience.

The role involves developing equipment for fueling and defueling reactors, and a solid understanding of CAD and GD&T is essential. Benefits include substantial equity grants and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical equipment design and fabrication.
• Solid understanding of GD&T with experience applying it to fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and manufacturing engineers to develop production equipment.
• Design equipment for fueling/defueling of the reactor.
• Identify and develop suppliers for components.
