Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Procurement Manager. This position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ, with responsibilities spanning CSS Material and Electronic Systems suppliers to support EP/NV growth.

The ideal candidate will lead procurement strategy, optimize supplier relationships, and drive R&D-aligned sourcing for high-quality materials, while navigating a fast-paced, regulated MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years procurement experience, 4 years in components/raw materials.
• Experience with electrophysiology components preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic procurement in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies.
• Identify and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and risk management.
• Monitor procurement spend and drive cost savings.
• Guide NPD sourcing for new products.
• Collaborate with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Engineering, QA, Finance.
• Perform market analysis and supplier performance reviews.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.
