Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience, preferably with components and raw material suppliers.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.
• Ability to engage at leadership level with Suppliers and within J&J.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and implementing category strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate new and existing suppliers.
• Lead contracts and pricing negotiations.
• Monitor procurement spend and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Identify innovative suppliers for new product development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Engineering, QA, Finance.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
